A few seconds longer than First Class as the coach seats are in the rear of the airplane.

What kind of coach? Stagecoach? Train coach? Basketball coach? If you fly, 5-6 hours. Otherwise, couldn't say.

uhmm, check out amtrack (train co.) from NY to LA I'd say about 2 to 3 days by train, oh and they got a great deal if you take your car w/ you.
my folks came from florida to virginia round trip w/ their car w/ amtrack it was about $700 but you gotta do it w/ at least 2 months in advance.

I don't think the Conestoga Wagon is running anymore. But, an airliner takes about eight hours.

It all depends on how many horses are pulling it though it is generally accepted that Wells Fargo are the quickest.
