To answer your question in the general sense...
Realistically, there is nothing a citizen can do to fire the president of the USA. The Constitution only has provision for the Congress to depose a president by way of impeachment.

Andrew Johnson (1868) and Clinton were impeached, as in formally accused, but neither case acquired the necessary two-thirds of Senate votes for a conviction. The Senate chaired by the chief justice of the Supreme Court forms a trial court. Nixon resigned before he could be impeached.

A citizen, however, can exercise a part of the 1st Amendment of the Constitution - freedom of petition. The Congress or a convention called by the state governments can write up a change to the Constitution, which has to be approved by 75% of the states. So, theoretically, a citizen can petition the Congress, or even a state govenment to start with, to effect a change in the people's power to depose a president.

There's Jefferson's Manual (section LIII, 603) which states that impeachment may be set in motion by charges transmitted from the legislature of a State. "It is ratified by each congress (including the current one), and has been updated continuously through the history of our democracy. The section covering impeachment lists the acceptable vehicles for bringing impeachment motions to the floor of the House." You can get more info here:

You cannot do a thing as you know. Americans voted them in and vote them out.As Long as They do not break the law nothing can be done.

If i were Bush i would just walk out and leave it in the laps of our wonderful Congress to finish.

1) Becom a member of Congress and start an impeachment proceeding which wouldn't even guarantee it.
2) Don't vote for the offending person.
3) Encourage others not to vote for them.
In other words, like him or not, he's your presdent, stop blaming everthing from Katrina to global warming on him.

With a potential Democrat president and a democrat controlled congress, the Bush administration will be the Good Old Days.
Just wait and see.

We fired Clinton, but since he only had a short time to go we didn't put the crook in jail. We let the country heal. In hindsight we should have hauled his butt away in handcuffs.
