i have a little problem. on my desktop the taskbar(i think that's what it is called) on the bottom of the screen where the start button is at. somebody somehow moved the bar to where now it's on the side of the screen. it's on the right side of the desktop and it is standing up vertically. how do i get it back to where it is normally. on the bottom of the screen?

Right click on the bar and make sure the "Lock the task bar" option is un-chekced then just drag it to the bottom

You need to do right click in the task bar and make sure that 'block the taskbar' is uncheqed. Then click in some place of the task bar that is empty and drag it to the bottom, or wherever you want to. After that, you can check 'block the taskbar' so that you might not move it by accident.

Hold the mouse button down and drag it to where you want it. If you right click and select lock taskbar it will not move again unless unlocked.

just click your mouse onto it and keep the right mouse button down and drag it back to the bottom
