Job: Cant transfer and moving back to UK?

We are moving back to Britain, but my dad cant transfer until 18 months, but me and my mom wanna go now. Can he transfer quicker? How?

... Im sorry, we kind of HAVE to go back due to my dying grandma. We just want my dad to come back iwwth us. Jeezus.

good grief seems to me you and your mom are selfish little buggers. Try to look at it from your dad's point of view for a change....there are rules obviously and he has to follow them, he doesn't need the two of you harping at him to get it done sooner, he probably can't.
