You need to prioritize your time away from work and school. Get your homework done before you do anything else. In fact, you could devote one day a week to completing your homework, which would leave you more free time to relax and focus on yourself.

add more to the challenge. Start going to the gym. You will feel so energetic after a while. You will be so motivated. I work 40hrs a week to 57 hours a week. I go to college three classes at a time go to the gym, and religious activities. and still have time to escape and do something every Saturday like go to the movies or some other event. I study a lot and do all my homework. I usually sleep four or five hours a night. A full day is:
5:00am wake up
6:00am - 4:45pm work
5:00pm -6:00 - do whateva
6:00pm - 10:00pm school or study when no school
10:30 - 12:00 gym (Balley's)
12:30 - 5 or 5:30am sleep
then begin the next day. I sleep in on Saturday nights. Saturday is a free day for me. Sometimes I work overtime on Saturdays, but I use saturdays as a time to relax and refresh
Sunday is like a catch up homework day. I'm happy with this schedule.

Get lots of sleep! Its smarter to go to sleep firstwhen you get back from college or work then do your homework when you wake up. When i was in college i was stressed to since i had to work 30 hrs a week as well. I hardly had any free time. Another thing is drink Green Tea every morning and some sort of protein. Green Tea is good for you and the protein will help you to stay awake. trust me after college those are your days where you can relax aftre you get your degree. the important thing is to stay focused and always have a positive attitude. I also reccomend making a brief schedule. I know what your going through my colege years were tough. Anyways don't stress out! You'll do worst in school and won't accomplish much. Hope this helped

You'll get through it -- just make sure you stay in school because the MAIN reason I'm stressed is I didn't go to college and we've been struggling for years. Just remember what you have --- I've been laid off for 8 weeks and having a rough time getting back to work -- longest I've EVER been out of work. Sit back and think about what you have and what you are going to have. THAT will put a smile on your face.

Masturbate. Seriously, give it a shot, I guarantee you will feel relieved after.
Most people just resort to smoking, but in the long run, all it does is create more stress.

That was me two semesters ago, except that I was working 40 hours a week. You either have to cut down your work hours or your school hours...

Learn about deep breathing, and then take it farther and try meditation.
It takes time to learn these techniques, but I promise that once you do learn them you can use them when you need to...at work, commuting, sitting in the doctors office.....yada yada yada.

Eat cake. Just randomly start stuffing it in to your mouth. I've never done it, but people who ask questions are like test guinea pigs. So yeah, cake, try it, you'll like it, and if not, sue me, I don't give a crap!
