1.Polydactyly is a dominat disorder (F) causing people to have 6 digits on the hands and feet.If a heterozygous man and a homozygous normal woman have children,what is the chance they will have long tailed kittens?

They have 0% chance of having kittens (long tailed or otherwise). It's a trick question.

I think we either need more info, or this is the beginning of one question and the end of a different one, (I'm assuming that this is about polydactyly in cats, since the end of the question has kittens).
We need to know whether the long-tailed trait is linked to polydactyly or what the genotypes of the parents' are with respect to tail length.

People don't have kittens.

If you meant polydactyly in cats, do it this way:
