How about if Republicans returned all the corporate welfare they've received; reimbursed the government for all the tax breaks, incentives and abatements they took; and gave back all the money they've stolen from American taxpayers as a result of this unconstitutional, illegal, unjustified, immoral 'war' that has been all about OIL and WAR PROFITEERING from the very first day??

You have to be kidding... It never ceases to amaze me- the gall some people have labeling all welfare recipeints as Dems and vice versa. Give me a break. Like more handouts aren't given to agriculture business, oil, auto, airplane industries, not to mention handouts to millionaires and billionaires who don't need them- AND the handouts to military industry??
Even if all the money from poor welfare moms (isn't that what you're REALLY getting after?) was suddenly returned, it wouldn't be enough to pay off the debt rang up by Republicans to pay for things like bombs and tax cuts for the rich.
What are your priorities?

The bunch of them receive handouts. That's not where our debt comes from. Why dont you read up on the federal reserve (which is a private company) that runs the US money. Find out how much we borrow. Find out how much a dollar is worth, (use to against gold, but not since the federal reserve came in).
Meaning, why don't you do your homework before asking such a question.

Well they could but what would be the point. Its not like you would ever see a dime of it and the government would not lower your taxes. When will you people understand this money is pumped right back into the economy and if we did would we ask countries like Israel to return all the aid we send them lazy people. Maybe they could stop spending all that money in Iraq, maybe they deserve more that your fellow American.
Its hard for me to understand people that claim they love Jesus and think they are saved and think like a moron.

Neither Democrats nor Republicans would return a dime. A country by the people, for the people is gone and it's never coming back. Our wonderful Congress doesn't believe in pensions, they voted themselves full salary with benefits until they die. Democrats or Republicans, you are getting screwed.

The debt would be easily be paid off if the government had a nickel for each ridiculous thing Republicans say in a month's time.

No, but if the military-industrial complex returned its corporate welfare (totaling $500 trillion since WWII), then yes.
And we'd have bridges that don't fall at rush hour and health-care for everyone, too!

If you are talking about welfare, which the reps share in, it wouldn't even come close. The entire welfare budget is approx. .o3% of the total budget. Try looking where the REAL waste is occuring.
