Whats the difference b2ween the Cabinet, the Executive Office and a Regulatory Commission?

The Cabinet is composed of all the Secretaries of the different departments under the President who occupies the Executive Office which is the White House. A Regulatory Commission are the offices concerned with specific functions under the Departments such as the Transportation Security Agency and Immigration and Naturalization Services.
