It is fine as long as you are comfortable with it and try not to be perfect with it.

OKAY, let's see, hmm, I like Comic Sans, preferably in purple & lots of italics.
Hey! I've never understood why people criticize caps. (Often when they don't have an answer!) Some users do this to empathsize key words. So? I might be bothered if I stubbed my toe...
Are you really serious? (Your last line makes me wonder!) YOU are the one to feel comfortable. OKAY?

No not at all. The way you look, you can ask questions in any font that you want to.

A little. It's not quite like shouting, but it adds significance to every word, like you're speaking a string of proper names. Initial capitals make us instinctively dig deeper for associations, and it's a little annoying when there are no deeper associations.
