Hey! I've never understood why people criticize caps. (Often when they don't have an answer!) Some users do this to empathsize key words. So? I might be bothered if I stubbed my toe...

A little. It's not quite like shouting, but it adds significance to every word, like you're speaking a string of proper names. Initial capitals make us instinctively dig deeper for associations, and it's a little annoying when there are no deeper associations.
