Yes, by my grandmother. I was suppose to comb my hair and she kept telling me over and over. The boy next door was over and I was flirting. I think I was about 11 and we were on the back porch.

I watched my grandmother go to the back of the yard, take a stick from one of the bushes, strip off the leaves and came to the porch and whipped me right in front of the boy.

At the time of course it wasn't funny but now it's one of those memories that I really laugh at.
