Would you rather live in america or europe?

What are the advantages, and disadvantages of either?

I love living in Canada right now. But if I had to choose, Europe would win hands down. Easy to travel around and visit neighboring countries, great culture and history, beautiful people/landscapes, overall high quality of living, national health care, and a much better education than in america.

And I'm not even going to touch on the political aspects.
It's just a different world over there. It's hard to explain, you'll just have to go visit for yourself.

It is a difficult question as America and Europe are continents consisting of several countries.
The only country in America that I could think of to be living in is Canada, a developed country and it seems to be very much alike the Nordic countries in Europe.
The disadvantages with America except for Canada seems to be the overall the lack of any sort of securities and bad education systems. I like the diversity in Europe.

Europe by all means! Despite our own share of problemes I couldn´t stand living in a country like the USA that looks increasingly like the third world: slums, crumbling infrastructure, rampant crime, etc. A country that starts wars allover the world. With phony presidential elections. Although not everything there is bad, the idea that the US is the leading power is laughable.

Europe (except for the obvious wrong choices - like Albania). Rich culture, fascinating history, diverse and educated people. Plus, I want a government that actually cares about me.
However, like the previous answer, I wouldn't mind living in Canada. Nobody hates Canadians because they don't pretend to be the world's policeman. And the climate reminds me of my homeland.
