a 16 yr. old kid stole a car and drove it into my yard and crashed into my 52 pickup.nobodys ins. wants to pay.I have to sue the parents I guess.

Not so fast. The kid stole a car....did he hotwire it? Or was the key left where the thief could get it? If he had the key, then the theory is that the owners of the car loaned it to him and reported the car stolen only after the accident. Or they negligently left the key where any Tom, Dick or Harry could pick it up and drive off with the car. In either case, the accident is covered by the owner's car insurance, so I would sue the owners of the car in the first instance.

Depends on what you are suing about. It is my understanding that the statute of limitations for property damage in Florida is 4 years.
