I'm not sure what you are getting at but we are all responsible for our own actions period!!!

You can't go round blaming things on others.

Obviously nobody knows the answer to that about every person, some kids grow up in a home where they see it on a regular basis, those kids are more likely to commit such an act as one who was taught to treat others with respect. We parents have responsibilities, and we had better do our jobs, sometimes though no matter what you do, a kid makes a big mistake. I have seen some parents who did everything but have there kid sent to jail to try to help them but nothing worked and eventually they hurt somebody and now they will be in jail for a long time. The parents would have been better off turning their kid in, he might have got help and straightned up, I have seen prison work, I have seen it make them worse, all we can do is try to help and never give up on a young person, they can change. Never give up hope!!

I would say parents because it’s their child and it’s their responsibility. So they should give them enough time to talk to you about their whole day in school. We can not just scapegoat on anyone just because their troublemakers or they have very persecute behaviour. Sometimes people say that some kids just have a violent behaviour in them but I totally disagree with them because nobody is born to do bad or born to do good. Sometimes it’s just their surroundings, society or even their relationship with their parents or friends. While a kid/child is growing up he observes a lot and school is the biggest or common example because he spend his most of his time in school, where he see rude and nice people it’s his choice who he wants to hangout with. After the Columbine accident there were two students Richard and Mark who survived the accident.Mr.Moore had an agenda to make as much as possible shops or markets to stop selling the bullets or any ammunation. Mr.Moore took those students to K-mart headquarters because they want them to feel sympathy towards them by stop selling bullets. Mark and Richard are suffering from those bullets they sold out of K-mart. Well, it happened Moore, Mark and Richard plan was successful. K-mart said they won’t sell it after 90 days

You could answer this question from a variety of standpoints. Parents, the young person, young person's friend, television, video games, music, etc...the list goes on and on.

Since children's/adolescent's brains are constantally developing until around the age of 18 (from a law standpoint), you could blame it on the chemical imbalances in the developing brain.

Not one correct answer.
