It would either be the north tower or the south tower.
In this case, we would at least still have one great building remaining..

No we wouldn't. The force from one building collapsing would've been enough to either take down the other, or at least make it uninhabitable.

From what I understand the second tower was doomed when the first building fell. The displacement of the soil below the towers by the first collapsed made the second tower's collapse inevitable. Nevertheless, not as many people would have died.

well then only like a couple hundred would of died instead of 2,965 people did on that day. Most of what was there would still exsist and live on for another day. What a sad day it was, my favorite buildings in the city gone in one day. Well hope the new building is as popular as its original was.
