how do i make someone a god parent ?

Is there paperwork or something ?

They just simply asked me to be the Godmother - I'm catholic and there was a document I signed at the baptism.

I'm not really sure, but I think you have to have a religious ceremony with a preacher, priest or what have you. I think.......if no one here can answer you, ask your local court house.
