Only a select few who are clinically insane. The rest can be helped. The real question is do they want to be or not.

No one person is beyond reach. Some people have far deeper rooted problems / issues to deal with then others.
Nothing is ever so terrible that you can not over come it. It takes time to first, face the real issue at hand, then it takes even greater amount of time to correct or solve the problem
I have spent my entire lifetime trying to finally overcome cetain issues / problems / character defects ...... 53 years of life here on Earth.

Yes. I have known a few that are just bent on self destruction. It seemed like the more I helped the more they would explode.

I think that everyone can change, so I guess that means that no one is lost beyond help. There's always hope, and no one should forget that...

Yes I believe some people are you know, like the ones who lie all the time and use people and complain that they have no money and are going to lose their house and their car and then go buy a new car and who reek of something like pot!!! It irritates me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
