What would happen, in your best estimation, if the Russian mafia were to run afoul of a powerful Colombian drug cartel? More to the point: How would it affect the rest of us? Law enforcement included.

It would possibly start a war in Colombia and the US would get dragged into it because of the Monroe Doctrine. If war got carried to Russia, the US would go the UN and talk about human rights and nothing would come of it, while the countries argued about self rule.
