There is a difference between cultures and religion and terrorists and cults. We are protecting American Democracy by getting rid of the idiots who threaten the freedoms we enjoy. Unfortunately, extremists cannot discuss matters intelligently and all they know is violence. It is also unfortunate that a war like Iraq has cost so many lives. We should have hit them hard in the beginning, then there wouldn't be a question of when to end it.

Differences in cultures and religions are never good reasons. But then when has the human race ever needed good reasons?

No, they are not reasons. They are just excuses. We don't even have to look that far back into history to see this.

World War II is only one of many examples. Mr. Hitler started a war that was based on racism and tortured and killed innocent men, women and children. The Japanese went into Nanking and tortured and killed innocent men, women and children.

Both thought themselves to be superior races and/ or religions. Don't even get me started on what is going on in Iraq. Some things never change.

You can clearly notice that people are stupid, they don't seem to understand the concept of self defense. There are reasons to go to war but in this war were all made up.

If your culture is incompatible with their culture, or if your religion is incompatible with their religion, then war is an inevitability.

Obviously it is, it doesn't matter what I think, or what you think. The only thing that matters is what they think, because unlike our President, these guys can act unilaterally, they don't need to get any ones approval.
