OK, so Barry won't chastize me in the future, I'll rephrase an earlier question posted here. IF...and I mean ONLY ANSWER this question IF you race, or have raced:

What was your favorite brand & Why? Did you get a FACTORY ride? or was it your own purchase as a privateer?

(Barry M., I sure hope this version of the question meets YOUR approval. You need to leave me your e-mail so I can run ALL future questions by you first, before I post them here. Somehow, I missed the memo that said you were the acting sensor of Motorcycle RACING.)

Regards...

You know what!!!!!........... I'm sorry for being such a bully, I love sarcasm....... The answer to your question is, When your making you way up through the ranks in any kind of motorcycle racing there is one thing you learn free stuff from co-sponsors and full sponsors is always going to be your favorite(even if you don't like the product) it's called part of paying your dues and we all have done it... When you sport a companies name on your gear(like): No Fear, Fox, etc. there is a slim chance they will approach you even if you podium they don't really care.....You sported their gear and they didn't even have to pay you or give you anything free.......

God help us all if the Yahoo Motorcycle Natzis come knocking on your door.

I always RACED a Yamaha, assuming you are talking about dirt bike RACING and not road bike RACING. My personal preference was the WR for off road RACING.
Why? I dunno other than the fact my local Yamaha shop where I bought the bike gave me a great deal on parts.
Factory ride? lol Hell no...

Glad I can answer your RACING question. God forbid if someone was to ask a question that didn't involve actual RACING.
