Do Meijer employees get a discount for themselves and/or their family?

I've recently gotten a job at Meijer and will be starting soon. So, will I get an employee discount? And if so, will my family also be willing to use it (Because my mother shops there a lot) or will I need to be with them? And what is the discount percent? Thanks!

(I would prefer answers that you are relatively sure about. I've asked this before and got contradicting responses.)

I believe that you do get a discount, but its only for you and your immediate family. Its a card that they scan.
