Hercules was half god. And Achilles was mortal, said to be a descendant of Hercules. Hercules hands down is stronger.

Definitely Hercules.
Both were semi-divine beings and sons of gods. But Hercules was the son of Zeus, the king of the gods, and Achilles was the son of Thetis, a minor sea goddess.
Hercules killed most of the worst monsters in Greek Mythology, Achilles was a great warrior and chieftain in the Trojan war but he never fought any monsters.
Hercules eventally acquired immortality and went to live with the gods in Mount Olympus. Achilles was never immortal, he died when Paris shot an arrow into his heel (the only part of his body that was vulnerable to weapons).

Achilles vs. Hercules was actually a battle in UFC 3. They were both karate masters who fought each other to the death in a cage. The mythology was based off of this epic battle between two Ultimate Fighting Champions.

Hercules was powerful and strong. Achilles was skilled and had a special gift that kept him alive. He would never have lived to gain the skill if it hadn't been for his mother.

Achilles may have been a skilled fighter and nearly indestructable, but he wasn't nearly as strong

I would have to say hercules because he didn't have any have weaknesses,whereas achilles did.
