William said it best,"It is better to have loved and lost; than never to have loved at all"

I do not regret having loved....." That which does not kill me makes me stronger" ( Nietzsche )..... It changed my life.....my error was falling in love with a person like me.....it held a mirror up to me and I did no like what I saw.......I now realized how my callous selfish actions in the past had hurt others....

“Only by joy and sorrow does a person know anything about themselves and their destiny. They learn what to do and what to avoid.”
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

We should not have regrets over things we did. Whether we succeeded or lost. Such is life, and the sooner we learn that it is not a bed of roses, the better.

No! As the saying goes-'It is better to have loved and lost, than to never have played in the Rugby World Cup at all' :)

Oh, if it happens to you ver and over again and it seems like there is no hope, you would surely hate it.

Well, that is the natural instinct.

Then again, there will be people who push you to go on. But I must say, what is their right to say that if they haven't experienced exactly what you have gone through.

I say, it is better not to feel anything.

If love comes knocking your door again, before letting it in. Do a feasibility study. ^_^

I would rather have loved, and learned lessons that will perhaps make the next love last.
