That is a great question! I used to meditate/pray in the A.M. to begin the day. That helped. Now I tend to drift; but the other day, I did return to meditation and it DID really focus me and I was more positive and productive. Each day is my choice....I'm going to work at early A.M. meditation.

Everyone has their own way of doing it, some by a little chemical assistance (Caffeine) others by mental techniques.that calm the mind.

i guess you should take deeper thought about what you are learning. think about "why did that happen?" ask more questions about what your learning.
