Because sometimes people may worrie so much that they think that they have to be happy or in a good mood all the time but that's not true it is perfectly normal to worrie even if you worrie most of the time just relax and let your emotions happen.

The death of a loved one! Grief is a normal reaction to death. If grief is prolonged, then it can become a disorder, I suppose. Grief is necessary to adjust to life without the loved one! If grieving is not done, that can become a disorder.

I suppose when it is brought on by a "natural" cause - death of a loved one, tragedy, etc. Then it is natural and part of the grieving process.
