Ok, the stereotypical answer for the best thing is sex. But I also think having a body is good because satin also exists.
The worst part about having a body is being unable to walk through solid material like doors, etc.

The best part is seeing another person's sexy body. The bad part about having a body is seeing another person's fat rolls hanging out all over. I should know. I try to keep my fat rolls that I do have under wraps!
