I can never seem to find out what's wrong with me when doing research online. Bascially I have the ability to jump to conclusions and create worries that rapidly turn into such obsessive worrying that I'm sick to my stomach, will not be able to eat, study, relax anything until the worry which always turns out to be nothing, is resolved.

This can't be normal...what's wrong with my brain??

You could possible have GAD General Anxiety Disorder. Basically, you generally worry and stress out about everything. There is medication for it. Usually and SSRI or anti-anxiety medication. Go see your doctor.

I think brain has nothing to do with. There is such thing as self control or will if you wish. You just need to start learning how to control your emotions. Meditatiion or everyday work out could be a good remedy for your illness.
