thirsty and dehydrated and you could only choose milk or coke what would you choose? why?

milk because the sugar and caffine in coke would just make you thirstier

Coke, because milk gives me the runs, and that can't be good, especially if I'm already dehydrated. =/ lol

Milk. because it is healthier for you and doesn't dehydrate more you in the long run.
Coke contains caffeine which is a diarrhea-tic and thus causes more water loss in the long run. Milk not only is water based but also has vitamins and minerals that your body needs to stay healthy.

I would choose Coke because I hardly ever drink milk. It makes me gag but I would prefer water over both of those.
