Call your local fire department ask them to send something, anything...a dalmation, i don't care.

Eighteen fire trucks from Southern Nevada left for Southern California this morning and have already arrived. The retardants do work in coating fuel in advance of a fire's path.
What you need is a shift in the wind. It will come by the end of the week when that low pressure system roars in from the Northern Pacific.

Fire crews from all over the US are descending on Ca. I wish you all luck.

Oh, maybe after this is over for this year, you will allow the fire breaks to be made. Screw that rat thing that might not like them. I am referring to the big fight a few years ago that stopped the fire break work because some silly little rat might be disturbed.

I think maybe Australia is sending some firefighters because the US helped us out earlier this year when we had our bad fires
