I am 13 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I have so many ouches at the moment and they are starting to worry me.

If I move the wrong way I get a slight stabbing pain in my abdomin, and last night to the right of my belly button in a 20c piece area, hurt, something similar to pulling (it stopped as soon as I pushed in that area but came back 10 mins or so later and hasnt come back since about 11pm last night).

Has anyone else had this type of feeling and do you know what it was?
This is my first pregnancy that has lasted over 12 weeks and I am scared of every twinge.

Sorry if anyone got confused about my wording. I used the word 'pain' when should have been something like discomfort or something similar. I'm not in agony or anything its just what I get makes me go ouch and I assosiate ouch with the word pain.

normal! there are so many different pains you can get on and off throughout pregnancy, as long as they are not too much to handle you shouldnt worry.

I've had 3 children. When the baby is slightly larger, I used to actually have to push my daughters butt out of the way LOL, or she would have a knee or elbow in my ribs. But at 13 weeks and since you have had difficulty before, I would not hesitate to go in for a checkup, maybe an ultrasound. The baby could just be in a weird position, very active or something else. Go check so you can know for your own sanity.

I am 12 weeks preggo with #1 & I go thru the same as you. Except that its discomfort for me or light cramps, not actually pain . The other day I was laughing & I pulled something & as soon as I stopped laughing it went away. But I have also notice that this usually happens when I have'nt drank enough fluids thru out the day. Maybe you should try that?. Specially drinking water its very important.

You can take tylenol, and only tylenol, if it's really painful. Otherwise, try a heating pad on low/medium setting or a warm towel on your belly. Also, make sure you drink alot. It doesn't all have to be water, but don't reach for the sodas very often either. Try juices or those flavored-ice "freezy pop" type things. That should also help.

i had that with my pregnancy at 12weeks onwards its just the way the baby lyes like my son would lye his foot at my bellybutton it would hurt until i pushed it slightly in and it would go away
where as the stabbing pain this could be cause of my body adjusting to ur babys progress by adjusting i mean streching but if i gets really bad then phone your doctor and he or she will discuss whats wrong
does ur stomach feel really tight at all? and when it goes away it feel like pins and needles in a weird way if thats the case soudns like braxton hicks which is nothing 2 be worried about
