well, my phone will charge. but, i can't get the actual lighter part to work at all. but, maybe because it's old? i'm not sure.

They sell replacement Cigarette lighters at any auto parts store.

I have had 3 different cars. haha, none of the car lighters ever worked.

I don't smoke but I do use the car cig. lighter to light papers and stuff on fire just for fun.

I check it all the time- I light incense with it. But check it because I would use it as a weapon- any funny business from a passenger and they get a bright red circle on their face.

I think it does... my phone charger works so I would hope the lighter "lights"...
