1) Elijah(this is 1 of my name choices if I have a boy and the nick name Eli is so cute)

2) Xavier(would be on my name list only I already have a son called Xander and Xavier is a little to close to that)

3) Tobias( very cute name and I like the nick name Toby)

4) Blaise(love this name and if my bf would let me I would use it but my bf doesnt like it :( unfortunatly)

5) Quinlan( its ok but to me the name Quin sounds a little to girlish)

6) Jamie ( its to common for my liking and also as with Quinlan sounds a little to girlish)

Favorite to least favorite:

Elijah
Blaise (I don't understand why a lot of people on here have such a huge problem with this name! It's one of my favorites. I think it's so cute for a little boy, yet strong at the same time. There are far worse names than Blaise!! ...I bet if some big celebrity recently named their child Blaise everyone would suddenly start naming their children that! (like with "Jayden"...Britney Spears' son. ...a name which I personally think is just awful for a boy...I think it sounds girly! ....sorry...enough ranting :))
Xavier
Jamie
Tobias
Quinlan

Good luck!

Elijah is fabulous.

Xavier is fine, as is Tobias.

Quinlan isn't horrible, but I think Quinn is stronger.

Jamie really ought to be a nickname for James, Jameson, Jamison or some other Jam- name. He won't be a toddler forever. :)

I realize that Blaise is a saint's name with long history, but all I can think of is Blaise of Glory, Blaisin' Saddles ... it's never worked as a given name to my ear.

I'd pick Elijah or Xavier, maybe Tobias.

1. Jamie -if it's short for James. I prefer it spelled Jamey, too.

2. Elijah -So cool! It makes me think of Elijah Wood, though.

3. Quinlan -I like Quinten a little better.

4. Tobias -I like how it looks, but it sounds clunky to me.

5. Blaise -I like it, but I had a gineau pig named Blaise as a kid.

6. Xavier -it's cool looking, but I feel like I say it wrong, no matter how I pronounce it.

Nice names!! = )

My favorites in order are:

1. Quinlan
2. Blaise
3. Tobias
4. Xavier
5. Elijah
6. Jamie

I don't dislike any of them, but I think some of them grow very well with the child and don't sound childish for a 40 year old.

LOVE Quinlan!!

Hope this helps = )
