Elizabeth - it's classy and classic, timeless.

I absolutely love the name Caitlin. Have you thought of any middle names? Here are some that I like/love:

-Caitlin Rose
-Caitlin Mae
-Caitlin Aubrey
-Caitlin Elizabeth (guess where I got that one??!!)
-Caitlin Ashley
-Caitlin Rae
-Caitlin Diane
-Caitlin Savannah
-Caitlin Lillyanna
-Caitlin Michelle

I think it's a good, solid name that works for a child and an adult. The name is common enough so it shouldn't be mispronounced. The only drawback is there are many alternate spellings, so her name might get mispelled a lot. (Is how you have it spelled here your choice? I think that may be the most common spelling, so you should be good!)

I like Caitlin,,, There are so many Elizabeth's out there and you don't want to have a far too common name for your child my name is Arnissa pronounced (R-neesa) I get many compliments on my name and am proud of it. Caitlin will be happy you didn't go with Elizabeth :)

I really like Elizabeth because it gives more of a "good person" vibe as apposed to Caitlin which is still a very good name.

Honestly, I like both. If I HAD to choose one...probably Caitlin.

I would go with Caitlin Elizabeth, then you have both names. I do prefer Caitlin to be spelled Katelyn though!
