Justice is blind and balanced. Blind meaning you get a fair shake regardless of appearance( nationality) and balanced meaning fair and equitible.

she is blind because everyone is judged equally, no matter who they are, so she cant see them... and there are balanced scales because te rulings are always fair... at least thats what i think...
