That would depend on what your weaknesses are as a hockey goalie. Identify your weaknesses, then you can start tapping on them. For instance, if you have trouble.... I don't know (I don't play sports of any kind) with too much activity on the ice and it's hard for you to focus on all that's happening or, maybe, it's hard for you to remember to keep your eyes on the puck, you might try something like, "Even though there's too much going on for me to focus on the puck, I have eagle eyes and and a natural instinct for this game." Then, for the tap points, you'd say, "Difficulty focusing." That's just an example.
Like I said, I think the trick is identifying your weaknesses so you can tap on them specifically. If you can remember specific events where your goalie skills failed you at a game, tap on those incidents to improve those skills. "Even though I didn't move fast enough at the _____ game to block the puck that night, I am stronger, better, and faster now than ever before."
