I think he actually has one of the most down to earth, practical time traveling machine "theory"

he might not be crazy, he might just be wrong.

I wish the man luck.

Insane? No, just obsessed and kind of goofy. His ideas are unrelated to the realities of quantum physics, though.

Time travel is logically impossible, regardless of any scientific insight or technology one may possess.
