I use Outlook at work and sometimes it takes so long for me to send and receive emails, I'm at work an hour longer than I should be!

I've tried deleting extra emails that could be slowing it down but it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know what causes this? Is it the email or maybe my computer...and is there anything I can do about this?

Try start>programs>accessories>system tools>disc cleanup
then start>programs>accessories>system tools>disc defrag

Do this every week about once or twice a week.

Maybe it is just the program that you are using. I suggest using a different site to e-mail from, such as, AOL.com, YAHOO, HOTMAIL, etc.
