If said 12 yr old has started her period (or ovulated and not yet had a period) and has had sex or been exposed to semen, then yes she could.

I think the world record was a 5-year old in Peru about 50 years ago, but that was an interesting rare condition called "Precocious pregnancy" (combined with child molestation).
The short answer is, if a girl is producing eggs, and you add sperm, she can get pregnant.
A female typically ovulates about 14 days before her period. So, if she has started or is about to start periods, she can get pregnant. It is not unusual that at the beginning of puberty, periods are irregular and may not produce eggs the first while, but there's only one way to be sure.
A co-worker once complained that her daughter had been invited to a baby shower for some other girl in her grade 7 class. That was not unusual in some places.

Yes, as a matter of fact one of my daughters have a friend right now that is 12 and pregnant. Scary huh!!! Mom's worry everyday that their little girls are going to get into trouble, whether it be pregnant, drugs, or something else. If your thinking about having sex, PLEASE think again. You are way to young to have a baby, I know you don't want to hear this but you are but a baby yourself. Live your life in abstinence until you find the right guy years and years from now.

If you have had your first period then yes you can get pregnant at 12 or any age when you get your first period. So if a girl got her period at 9 years old she could get pregnant.

yeah it is possible. if ur body is mature enough and u have ur period. it is possible. but 12 years old is too young ot be having sex anyway so dont try it. 12 year olds are still babys, they need to go play in the dirt and the only thing they should be sucking are lollypops.

Yes, you can.
Even if you haven't had your first period yet, you usually ovulate before your first one and as long as you're ovulating, you can get pregnant.
Being pregnant at 12 years old is not a good idea.

If you are on your period then yes, if you aren't then no. why are you thinking about getting pregnant at 12 years old?

Yes if you have already had periods before. But you shouldn't be even thinking about babies, sex, nor pregnant at your age.

YES! Did you have sex? Do you have your period (or think you are/were close to starting)? If those are both yes, it is very possible.
