Yes its perfectly normal. Just like newborns unborn babies have days when they only sleep and grow, and then other days where they work and use those new muscles and skills.
Totally normal.

Totally normal. Remember, your baby is a little person - some days he is more active than others. I think EVERY pregnant woman has this question/worry, and it is totally fine. If he is having a "quiet day", remember to do your kick counts - go to a quiet room, sit down, and put your hands on your belly. After some time, you should feel a little bit of movement, and that will make you feel better.

Those days he's probably just tired from moving around all the while the days he wont stop lol.. That happens to me sometimes too, I am 31 weeks with #2, my 1st also did it too. If it is a big concern, call your doc/midwife and have him/her check ya out... It will help ease any stress which isn't good for you or the baby ;) Good luck and gratz on your baby!!

my baby was the same way....but she would be still all day and then go crazy at night...it used to scare the crap out of me when she wouldn't move for a long time....I got one of those at home heartbeat listening things and although I couldn't hear her heart beat until the last trimester I would use it to make her move....she hated it on my belly so she would kick it over and over...anyway, any time I was worried about her lack of movement I would just get that thing out!!!

So long as he doesn't stop moving...When you get closer to term and baby slows down, you'll need to tell your dr. I'd mention this to your dr. next visit. I think it depends on how much you are moving and what you ate. Babies tend to sleep when Mom is busy moving around.
