Sorry but I also have never heard of this. I used to always sleep on my stomach, then roll over onto my back. Once you get a little bigger then I found that sleeping on my back wasn't easy and as for on my stomach forget it. Try sleeping on your side with 1 pillow between your thigh and one under you belly to suport it. You may not need to do it yet, but for me it was the easy way to sleep.

I've had twins before and I'm currently pregnant with triplets but I've never heard of this before. Ever since i was little I've slept on my side and did it all through my first pregnancy. i still sleep on my side even though I've gained 65 pound. anyways if i were really worried i would ask my doctor but as i said earlier, you should be fine any way you sleep.

happy pregnancy!!

Theres no time to stop. You will get uncomfortable and roll over long before you cause any deprivation or harm to your baby.

Sleep however you want to sleep. Theres no wrong way. Your body is PERFECTLY designed to grow a baby, no matter how you sleep.

I never ever heard of that. Sleep any way you can cause you won't get enough when the baby comes.

Its not a good idea to sleep on your back as it cut the circulation from the embilical chord to the baby, its best to try and stop now if you can...

I slept on my back till my 3rd month thats when my tummy started to feel heavy so i felt that it could be putting preassure on my organs and might cut oxygen to my baby. i slept on my tummy till my 3rd month too because thats when i could feel the pressure on my love bump. Good luck to you, I wish you a great pregnancy.
