I see her crying on TV a lot... but I have no idea what she's crying about... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME EXACTLY WHATS GOIN' ON???

She Adopted this little dog and keep it for a little while. She discovered it did not get along with her other pets. She decided to give it to her Hairdresser and her 2 girls. The Contract she signed states if she does not keep the dog, she has to give it back to the rescue place she got it from. They found out she gave the dog away and they took the dog away from the Hairdresser and the kids. She is upset that they took the dog away from a family that would take good care of it and the kids had bonded with the dog and now they are heartbroken.

There are several Ellen threads on this subject.
Ellen adopted a dog firm an Animal Rescue place in her area of California. She signed the contact without reading the fine print which stated, "If the pet does not work out, she would not give the pet away, but return the said pet to the shelter.
Her two cats and the new dog did not play nice together.
She gave tie dog to a lady on her staff who happened to have a daughter who fell in love with the dog.
The Shelter did a check on the dog (also spelled out in the contract) When Ellen told them where she took the dog, the shelter went and picked up the dog (Spelled out in the contract)
Oh,Ellen canceled two days of taping because she was 'too stressed' over this issue. Keith Urban was due to be a Guest during one for the tapping's she failed to show up for. The audience was there, and he treated them to a free concert lasting the time of the normal show taping time.
It is my opinion that Ellen's Talk Show is in the Toilet and this was a stunt to boost Ratings and viewership. She has been removed from my Market Area due to low viewership.

She got a dog from a shelter and could not keep it so she gave it to her hairdresser's kids. Apparently there was something in her contract with the pet adoption agency that stipulated that she could not give the dog away to someone else if she herself could not keep it. So she had to return the dog to the pet adoption agency. She got upset because the hairdresser's kids had bonded to the dog and were all distraught because they had to return the dog.
The fallout was that the pet adoption agency got nasty calls and even DEATH THREATS from people that were outraged. The lady that was in charge of the agency almost had a nervous breakdown because of the reaction of people, and defended her actions as protecting the best interests of the dog.
I heard on CNN that the hairdresser's family was given the chance to come in and apply to get the dog, but DeGeneres thought that since she was a celebrity and all, that her hairdresser's girls should have been allowed to bypass the rules and have the dog returned to them directly.

Iggy the rescue dog she adopted and then had to give away because her cat didn't like the dog so she gave the dog to her hairdresser. The rescue people took the dog away from the hairdresser and family and they are all sad.

she adopted a puppy and put a lot of money into training it, but it still didn't get along with her cats. she gave it to her hairdresser who loved it and has 2 little girls who love it. the agency that adopted the puppy out said it was in the contract that they could take it back if ellen gave it away. she is upset because it was a good family and the kids loved it and feels bad that they took it away from them.

She has mental problems. She violated an animal adoption agreement by giving away a dog she was supposed to return to the rescue organization, then went on a calculated PR campaign to make herself look good and the animal rescue group look bad.
p.s. She has adopted and given away/returned several dogs in the past...look it up.

It was a big unfortunate mix-up about a dog she adopted.
She's fine now.....and we can all get back to our lives..LOL

that dumb dyke was crying about some stupid dog that she gave away to mexicans or something... it must be nice to be rich and famous and worry about dogs huh people...
