well theres this girl and she used to be my friend but shes such a brat. i bought this holloween costume for $80 and she said it looked liked crap. I got so mad but I just got over it and then the next day she told me that I was the ugliest girl she has ever seen and thats where I drew the line! I want to do a prank on her any ideas?

Date her ex. A prank won't work with someone like this.
Honestly she is jealous of you, petty and she needs to make herself feel better by putting you down. Chances are she wanted that costume. If she ends up buying one like it after she talked you out of wearing it, you'll feel horrible.
Have you ever seen She's All That? If not, watch it. Think "Taylor". Use a lot of pitying remarks about her being so cute or so sweet. If she wears the same costume you do, a comment about how you always wanted a little sister to imitate you.
Just hold your head up high. You look best when you are above her and her comments. Think car commercials. You see Hyundai commercials comparing themselves to Lexus, mentioning how they have better brakes than Lexus, etc. When was the last time you saw Lexus mention a Hyundai in their commercial? Never. B/c a Lexus wouldn't give it the time of the day.
If anyone asks about how much she hates you, talk about it like you think she's trying so hard to be popular and you wish there was something you could do to help her. And there is nothing a girl hates than someone dating her ex.
