I wish I knew. I'm so sorry that it was so hard to get pregnant and then the baby died. To those of us who have lost babies, it's tragic.
Something I read a few years ago is coming to my mind as I read your post, a story about infertile couples and uterine massage. There was an old lady who had founded a group of practitioners in an ancient healing method. It was based on the concept that if the uterus wasn't positioned just so, conception could not occur. So they massage from the outside until they can feel that the uterus is in the right position. All kinds of "female" problems were solved with this type of therapy.
In one woman's case, her next period, some thick gooey black stuff came out. Soon thereafter she was pregnant. The baby couldn't attach to a uterus with that stuff in it.
Anyway, maybe it's worth googling.
Best wishes,
Debbie

Every person is different, and honestly it depends on the woman and the fetus.
I had a miscarriage before I was pregnant with my first, but that was because the fetus had severe development problems. Within 3 months I was pregnant again.
However I have to say that my sister-in-law had a miscarriage and it took 3 years for them to have a baby. They did every test they could but in the end they were SO obsessed with having a baby that her body just couldn't relax and accept a fetus.

My husband and I have suffered from 2 miscarriages and by no means is it easy... I'm not sure where you stand religiously, but I always looked at it as though there was something wrong with the baby, so the Lord called the baby to be one of his angels early on.
Good luck!

Well I got preggo after 5 years and had a miscarriage, but I sure hope it won't take another 5 years to get preggo again. I am waiting for one normal cycle to try again and I hope it will happen again right away.

I had my daughter as an ooops. It really does only take 1 time. My second we tried for 1 month and lost it at 10 weeks. My third is now at 30 weeks and we are getting excited, BUT it took us over 13 months to concieve this one.
