If I open a question and it's just Liberals Suck! No, Neocons Suck! I just close it and skip it 90% of the time, regardless of if I have anything pertinent to say. Does anyone else do this? Is anyone else just as turned off by both party extremes reading this? I think I'd rather go over to the Men's Health board and ensure 13 year old boys that they have plenty of time to either reach their full heights or reach their adult penis sizes. Seems a little more productive.

Danny, thank you for illustrating my point beautifully.

You never know, there might be something funny. I asked about a Peace Day, and I got "Go back to Russia Pot head". I couldn't stop laughing. There are funny trolls.

I am reaching the point of blocking people because there are just some out there who are just not worth even talking to.
They haven't a lick of sense and they feel it's your fault.
Or George Bush's fault.

I really and truly never had any idea there were this MANY people out there with Bush Derangement Syndrome... and they post question after question...
and all the neo-con crap... you know, if people want serious answers, starting out by attacking people who may potentially answer you isn't the best approach!
worst I've seen is an idiot making stupid threats of violence... saying a member of Y/A should be 'assassinated'.
Sick.
Yeah...I think I'm gonna start weeding out the questions I'll even deal with by the class level and the intellect shown in them.

I usually skip them, but they give you fair warning so I am not really bothered. What I find even more objectionable are the questions that disguise themselves as a request for opinion or facts, and then chose best answers accompanied by a partisan political tirade. To avoid being suck in again into answering their questions I block them so I have a marker of those not worth the effort.

Well I do about half the time but when I see an out an out lie being put forth as truth I usually have to respond. But I never stoop to the mudslinging of some. They are showing their ignorance and usually their age talking about things they know nothing about. But with all things ya gotta take the good with the bad. I just hope more and more of us will learn the difference.......

I have been doing this too. I am tired of all the mudslinging. Everything has been said several times. (Those 13 year old boys might appreciate your input, but be sure you have several witnessess with you or you could be accused of something bad)

You're idea at least might achieve some degree of success with 13 year olds.
Have you noticed how the 13 year olds are far to mature to come over to the politics section?

*LOL* how are you going to " Ensure " that? Talking to 13 year old boys about their penis size may be productive to you. Not very to me.

I like the creative mudslinging the best. That's about all there is here.

Yes, most of the time.

I should, but sometimes it's just too tempting to respond with something they really don't want to hear.
