me and my husband are getting divorced soon. He said that i cheated on him when i really didn't. He caught me in bed with another man, but I wasn't cheating because he allowed me to. The reason he did that was because he wasn't comfortable of the idea of sex cause he is a virgin, so I just went somewhere else. At first he said it was fine, but now he turned the tables and is getting divorced from me. What will happen? Will i still get half the stuff?

Well you can tell the judge that you had an open marriage because he refused to have sex. When the judge asks him if he is a virgin he'll have to believe you. You'll probably get half of the stuff. It's too bad that you can't work things out. It doesn't sound like he shouldn't give you a second chance. Do you still love each other? You should try and work it out rather then worry about getting half of the stuff. Good luck!

I don't want to offend you, are you out of your mind doing this to your husband. He married you and was willing to commit his life to you only and give you all he has. If he divorces you it is his right because he can not trust you as his wife. Now you are asking if he divorces you can you rip him off half of what he has. Do you love this man or not?
If you do I would suggest that you have a talk with him and ask him to forgive you and that you made a big mistake and you are sorry that you hurt him. You should make a promise to him that it will never happen again ...ever.

Sure in most states that's the case. Do you live in a no fault state? If so half is yours no questions. I see what happen there, even if he was going to let you fool around why flaunt it, why do it in front of him or so openly to the point you were caught? Good Luck

He doesn't want to see you with another man. Why wont he have sex with you and you are his wife. Are you sure he is a virgin? He may not be a virgin, he may go the other way and don't want to be with a female anymore.

I think he is getting more serious about the relationship. If he is changing so sudden then that is most likely why. I'm sorry but I would be mad as well. Even if he gave you permission to do it, you shouldnt.

He got smart, and saw you for what you really were. A money hungry wench. Good luck getting half when you slept with other men, and he can prove it.

It depends on the state that you are in. I am sure you dont want to be in a marriage like that at all. It feels like a roomate situation to me!
