hi i am a fourteen years old teenage girl who is desperate to be an actress. i got this call from talent connect and set an appt. on friday. But i am not sure with this thing. And when i went to their homepage, it was sayin "comming soon." i signed up 4 lot of audition homepages, but not this one. and when they called me they knew my name. it was so weird and i want to know what this company really is. i want a person who had an appt. with them to answer me. what do they do? what do they make you do? i am very suspicious. so please answer my question carefully. thank you

Don't be so desperate to act. You will get into trouble for there are lots of crooks out there just looking for naive kids who are deperate to act. Never sign up for anything on the web, unless it is a bon fide talent agency. Never pay for anything. The people are sharing your info so someone can rip you off. There is only one way to be an actress, and that is through years of experience, training and hard work.

There are a lot of fake talent agencies out there. This might also be a company that is just starting up. I would leave it up to how you feel. Go with someone, your mom, dad, someone responcible. If you get there and don't feel comfortable,or things don't seem right, leave.
