I love them both, and it's a bit unfair to compare them since they are different genre games. FF is a turn-based RPG series, and LoZ is an action/adventure style game. My favorite game of all time is LoZ - Ocarina of Time, but in general I prefer the Final Fantasy series. They are 2 of my favorite game series, though.

depends...
both series are great ( that doesnt includes FFIX, that just sucks) if you like adventure-RPG then zelda is for you, and if u are into plain RPG then FF is your game

They're both great, they both have Nintendo backgrounds, but i feel FF is more for mellow gamers.
