Well obviously Manchester United are, think back to last season when we won the league, we were miles ahead of Arsenal. Arsenal have started absolutely brilliantly and well done to them for it but United have kept in touch even with a bad start. Thats where the first answer is, Manchester United played poor at the start of the season but only dropped 7 points. We have won 11 on the trot ( not counting Carling Cup ) and conceded just 3 goals in the process. Thats championship form. Arsenal have not yet had a test, and are the only team in the big 4 not to of played against another of the big 4. They have Liverpool next at Anfield ( the shed ) and will find it tough like anyone else. Can see a draw there, allowing Man Utd to go top if we beat Middlesbrough at Old Trafford.
The next thing is Man Utd are just as good as Arsenal at attractive attacking football, but are much tougher and can handle the toughest of opponents no problem. Arsenal still lack a strong man I belive and due to this they will struggle against the likes of Man Utd, Liverpool and Chelsea aswell as your Blackburns and Portsmouth away. The Blackburn game the only agme they been tested in really so far and due to Blackburns physical strength.
And finally with Rooney, Ronaldo, Nani, Anderson, Rio, Vidic, Evra, Teves, Anderson, Pique, Brown, Carrick, Hargreaves and loads more younger players pushing through who would bet against what must be £150million worth of talent with years infront of them. Those players could play side by side for another 5 or 6 years easy. Yes Arsenal are a very young side, but there not there yet, they will be like Man Utd are now in a few more years.
So There you have it, Manchester United are the better team, because they have been where Arsenal are now and are a step ahead of them in allround class.

Although Man. Utd. is a very good team, right now Arsenal F.C. is better. The style of play and the free flow of the game played by Arsenal is the definition of teamwork and makes them better than Manchester United.
