sometimes when ur due or got ur period u can feel grumpy but thats not always the case maybe u are feeling irratable from school/exams and stuff like that also it might also be cause u feel unrelaxed within ur self and because ur family are more happier/relaxed looking u just feel angry at them for some reason if thats the case then u should try spend a few days/nights away from ur parents house but let them know of course and maybe when u come back u might feel more refreshed
also if ur on any medication then that might also be why
but if u try that and does not work then talk to a doctor about it

It's probably hormones. You don't have to be PMSing to be angry and/or short with people. At certain times of our cycle, and not necessarily during the menstrual cycle, we tend to be more emotional than other times. And then again, it might be some sort of chemical imbalance. I'm not a doctor and don't pretend to diagnose anyone. My suggestion would be to go to see your Dr. or GYN, describe what you are feeling, at what times, and to what degree. They will probably put you on some sort of medication, unfortunately they all think a pill is going to cure everything. Good luck to you honey.

Truly, nothing is wrong with you.Being in your teenage years and being of the female gender-it is much easier to become agravated with parents and other people.Usually,it's just a faze people go through(male and female)I wouldn't go to extremes, but if your really bothered by it,seeing a physician could help or even consulting a counselor.Nothing is wrong with you,you may just be stressed.Try making some "you time" where you do relaxing things,it's guarenteed to help.Message me if helped!

you need some time by yourself, a little you time. Maybe it's an internal thing that you kept hidden and now for no apparent reason you are angry, it could be a hormonal issue or just a phase...either way remember not to say anything out in anger for later on you may regret it.

well it could be MANY different things but you know your body better than us all. It could be stress... that's my guess. Or some people may tell you that you could be pregnant but only you would know that. The best thing to d is to go to the doctor though... if all else fails

Women's body is very hormonal, there are some changes with age that are taking place. Dont worry too much about it.
And also, have you ever thought of Yoga ? Its v relaxing. Will take away your anger too.
