A lot of bad things happen on other days too, when it isn't Holloween.

yes and no

Yes: You should never go tricker treating alone, it can be a ploy for kidnappers. Also, a lot of riots break out... and quite a few people died in a city near my small town. But, of course bad things happen everyday! ALSO: It used to be a day where everyone dressed up so the dead could come out and blend in.... like in many movies. Now we have it as a recreational holiday, like most, and all the big holidays. Which is fine, I love fun holidays, but it also symbolizes death and has beliefs to go along with it. now days, things are sort of different with more modern "bad things"... depending on what answer you were looking for.

No: It's a lot of fun and when taking safety precaution's is a fun spirited holiday. Not for only young ones but for all ages!

That depends if you mean supernaturally or realilistically:

Historically Halloween (All Hallows Eve) is a day of religious festivities in various northern European Pagan traditions..

People (today) will go bag snatching and play tricks, but anything can happen any time and anywhere, try not to live your life in fear, be safe, dont go out by yourself, and just be careful.

People get told bad things happen on Halloween, they are distracted from what they are doing and accidents happen. Yes it's true, but only because you cause it. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy.

No different than any other day except that you get to dress up and be silly.
Now Christmas, that's the day to look out for. for that day, normally spiritually minded believers in Jesus Christ let down their guards and practice paganism. The put trees in their homes and decorate them with images of angles, talking Snow men, the supposed baby Jesus, Santa, rain deer and other strange things. I won't even go into the other details of what goes on on this unholy day. And they struggle with the unbelievers saying that it's a day, which must be respected.

You probably don't believe this but it's true.

Actually ya because that is one of the biggest days for satanists to worship the devil and sacrifice human beings. That is why we as Christians don't celebrate Halloween. Not that we do it but for the fact that we may participating in it as well without even knowing it.
Have a good day.

Lots of adult costume parties with drinking and lots of kids out on the streets walking up to strangers' houses no less. The odds are that something bad will happen.

Yep. The nice part is when small children come to your door with their parents in their scary little outfits 'trick or treating'. The bad part is when a gang of yobby teanagers come to your door later in the evening, begging for sweets and threatening malice if you try to ignore them.
