I am pretty sure that you have to declare the value of the prize as income. It would then depend on your tax bracket as to how much tax you would have to pay. Here in California, that could be anywhere from 2% to 9% for state income tax (and federal tax should be considered, also)

As stated, it will be whatever the tax is in your state. Probably $50 to $100.
